You can verify your site by adding or modifying any of the following:
1. meta tag
2. HTML file on your FTP
3. DNS TXT record
4. Google Analytics Code

I choose uploading HTML file to my server because I find it really easy and convenient. Here is how to verify your site by adding HTML file to your FTP:

1. Sign in to Google Webmaster Tools.
2. Click Add Site.

3. Enter the URL of the site you would like to add.
4. Select the method you would like to use to verify ownership. You can check the two tabs: Recommended Method and Alternate Methods
5. Choose what will work best for you. This time, I’d like to upload an HTML file:

6. Download the given HTML file.
7. Login to your FTP or cpanel account.
8. Go to File Manager and open the root directory of your site. It will open a new window.

9. Click Upload. A new window will open asking you to choose which file to upload.

10. Browse for the downloaded file and upload it. Wait for the upload to finish.

11. Go back to Google Webmaster Tool and confirm if the file was uploaded successfully.

12. Click the Verify button at the bottom of the page. You’ll see this page if you have verified it successfully:

13. Click Continue to see your Dashboard and start managing your added site.

The Last Payment from Adgitize Network - Adgitize Closing Down

Last December 27, 2011, Ken Brown of Adgitize publicly announced that they are closing Adgitize (www.adgitize.com).

I regret to inform you that we are closing Adgitize. We have enjoyed working with all of you over the last 3 years and we hope that you have enjoyed our services. Adgitize tried to fill a niche market but the costs to run the business were more than the revenues generated.

I don’t mean to exaggerate things but for me, it is really sad to know that Adgitize is closing down. It really helped a lot in bringing traffic to my sites while earning from them at the same time.
