At first look, I thought Pinterest is like Tumblr, a microblogging platform I’m still using. But then as I explore through the site, it’s actually more than that. It actually makes social bookmarking more interactive and visual!

The hottest thing next to sunshine
Somehow it reminds me of Tumblr with its community. The key is not to promote yourself and your business too much or the community and its users will spank you or ignore you completely. Also, it’s a visual community that appreciates creativity. A good hub for creative folks to showcase their talent aside from being a “marketing platform”.

When I first got the my account, I wasn’t aware that this could help me get traffic, now that I have gathered enough info about it, I love the idea of pinning not just my post but also stuff that are really interesting
I’ve been pinning for a while and it is so addictive! Too lazy to add a button on my site though. I have one for my blog and one as personal account. Will surely follow you on my next visit.
