November 2011 Page Rank Update Right After Google Freshness Update
Is Google making your life miserable? I hope not. Yes, Google has the tools, power and resources to make or break us but we must be versatile to cope with the changes.
I’m lucky enough to keep this blog’s current PR. Make More Money Online is still PR2 while some of my other blogs’ PR decreased by one. PR3 goes PR2, PR2 goes PR1 and so on. It doesn’t hurt me that much because I have new blogs that gained PR – from being PR0 to PR1. Same old trend. My Tech blog goes PR2 from PR1, two of my beauty blogs are now PR1, one webmaster site goes PR1 and the rest keeps fluctuating.
Did your Page Rank go up? or down?
Who are most likely hit by these changes? I guess everyone who has a blog or website. If the PR increased, then that’s good. If the PR dropped together with the SERP ranking, then that is really awful. Google Freshness Update was rolled out in the first week of November affecting 35% of the searches and now page rank got updated, too. Are you still happy with your ranking?
With this blog, I am.
PR2, optimized for the keywords make more money and make more money online. I was actually surprised to see that I’ve got a spot on Google’s top search page for the keyword make more money online right after the “Freshness” update. M3O used to rank pretty well with the keyword “make more money” only.
Now, that’s something to be thankful about!

Some of my blogs dropped PR while others stayed the same. But what I’m happy about is that there are more organic traffic coming. Hope this improves more. Congrats on doing fairly well in your PRs. Also, downloaded your new free ebook. Thanks. Will read it later.

I am excited with the next Google update for PR. I am hoping that my blogs will not decrease in PR since I am working very hard for it. Do you have any idea when is the next Google PR update?
